Pierre Sang Boyer is a 34 years old French chef, originally from Korea.
He grew up in Haute Loire (Southern Auvergne, near the center of France) and grew very fond of cooking at an early age !
After training with renowned chefs all over the globe (France, U.K., South-Korea), Pierre Sang reached the Finals of Top Chef France 2011.
In 2012, » Pierre Sang In Oberkampf », his first restaurant, opened its doors on 55 rue Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Surprise tasting menu and collaboration with the neighbourhood’s shop owners are the keywords here.
Pierre-Sang is a representant of a world in which flavours, traditions, cultures and colours mingle and work together. From this observation was born the concept of the chef’s second establishment, that recently opened on 6 rue Gambey (30 meters away from the first location).
